HudsonFlowVintage does not accept any form of checks under any circumstances. Payment is due at the time of purchase.
UNITED STATES CUSTOMERS
HudsonFlowVintage ships orders Monday through Saturday, except Post Office holidays and weather permitting. All packages are shipped within one to three post office business days our processing time after payment is received and verified. Please allow extra time for transit.
For Saturday pick-up, orders purchased after 5:30 pm Friday (Standard Eastern Time) will ship on Monday.
An email is sent when the article is purchased, and when the package has shipped, a follow-up email letting you know your package is delivered.
Every package shipped by HudsonFlowVintage is tracked and insured.
WE SHIP ALL ORDERS USPS
Priority Mail - 1 to 3 days
Priority mail can take longer, depending on the post office and where you reside.
Any order shipping to Hawaii or Alaska is not eligible for two-day, four-day, or Standard Shipping.
Even though HudsonFlowVintage does everything possible to have your items arrive on time, the post office, natural disasters, distance, or weather can sometimes be unpredictable. We will do our best to inform you if the post office is acting slower than usual with the shipment.
When a package leaves our office and is handed to USPS, we have no further control of it or its whereabouts.
A tracking number is provided after an order is fulfilled and after login into your account.
CHRISTMAS SHIPPING (US)
Christmas holiday orders must be received by December 18, 2023. Orders shipped after this date cannot be guaranteed to arrive by December 25, 2023.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION $200 +
Any order of $200 + value is sent with a signature delivery confirmation.
CORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your address is correct before placing an order. We can not send a package to an unverified address. You may have moved and forgotten to change your address or own separate homes, such as a summer home or apartment with different addresses.
We follow all tracking until the package reaches the proper destination. If you cannot locate your package, please check with your neighbor, check around your property, building lobby, and mailroom, and ask the mail carrier. The Post Office uses GPS to locate missing packages. You can initiate an investigation at your local post office by filing a claim and submitting a Missing Mail Search Request online.
