WHERE DOES HUDSONFLOWVINTAGE SHIP?
HudsonFlowVintage currently ships to all 50 United States.Please allow additional shipping time for Hawaii and Alaska.
We are unable at this time to ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Any order shipping to Hawaii or Alaska is not eligible for two-day, three-day, or Standard Shipping.
We use USPS for our shipping services.
HudsonFlowVintage ships within 1 -3 business days after receiving a confirmed order.

At this time, we ship to all 50 states, but we hope to ship internationally in the future.
DOES USPS DELIVER ON SATURDAY?
Yes, the United States Postal Service (USPS) has Saturday delivery.
If you like an order to reach you on Saturday, please consider factors such as the day and time the order was placed, preparation, USPS shipping time, postal system delays, and holidays.

DO YOU HAVE NEXT-DAY SHIPPING?
At this time, we do not. Our parcels usually deliver within the 48 States in two to four business days with Priority Mail after Shipping. We cannot guarantee shipping time, which depends on the weather, postal service, and the postal location in which you reside.
DO YOU HAVE A PICKUP SERVICE?
All orders are shipped from our online website. We do not have a pickup service.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We ship through the United States Postal Service with a tracking number provided. You can track your order through USPS.com by entering the tracking number provided. Please remember that it can take up to 48 hours after a package leaves HudsonFlowVintage for a USPS update.

DO YOU CLEAN CLOTHES AND ACCESSORIES?
All our vintage clothing is green dry cleaned, specialized cleaned, hand laundered, or machine laundered before listing. We use hypoallergenic detergents free of perfume and dyes.
Clothing steamed or pressed just before shipping. It may incur some wrinkles during shipping.Delicate items are cleaned but not steamed before shipping due to the fragile nature of the item.
All bags, shoes, and jewelry were cleaned.
DO YOU GIFT WRAP?
HudsonFlowVintage does not charge for gift wrapping. Certain items are wrapped differently, such as odd items: white tissue paper and matching twine with cards. We try to make it look as pretty as possible. Our white tissue paper is acid-free. We use blue and white tissue paper—extra protection from elements during shipping.
Please let us know if you prefer not to use wrapping paper when placing the order. We'll send the item protected from elements without wrapping paper and ribbon.
All protective clothing bags are biodegradable. Paper and cardboard boxes are recyclable. We use FSC TM Certified Responsible Forestry cards.
Did you know you can press tissue paper and ribbon to reuse for other needs?
HOW ARE ARTICLES PACKAGED FOR SHIPPING?
All clothing and accessories are wrapped in beautiful blue and white tissue paper with matching twine and cards for added protection. Some oversized coats, hats, and other awkward items are white tissue paper covered minus blue tissue paper. Articles are shipped in clean, recyclable new boxes or protective bubble envelopes. Our large tissue paper used for all our clothing is acid-free and can be repurposed to wrap a particular item. We also use a biodegradable cello bag to protect clothing from smells and damp boxes when shipping.
CUSTOMER SHIPPING & RECEIVING RESPONSIBILITY
Please ensure your address is correct before placing an order. We can not send a package to an unverified address. You may have moved and forgotten to change your address or own separate homes, such as a summer home or apartment with different addresses.
We follow all tracking until the package reaches the proper destination. If you cannot locate your package, please check with your neighbor, around your property, building lobby, and mailroom, and ask the mail carrier. The Post Office uses GPS to locate missing packages. You can initiate an investigation at your local post office by filing a claim and submitting a Missing Mail Search Request online.
We recommend waiting 1-2 business days to see if the carrier redelivers the package. Please notify your post office to file a claim if the box has not been found.

All returns are shipped back to HudsonFlowVintage within seven days of receiving the shipment.

IS THERE A RETURN SHIPPING FEE?
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
UNCLAIMED - RETURNED PACKAGES
Unclaimed returned packages are eligible for a refund minus shipping. Any packages returned to a customer because of delivery issues will be charged a shipping and insurance fee. We will contact you to inform you of the return shipping fee and insurance fee before shipping the item back to you.
International customers are responsible for unclaimed package shipping fees, customs, duties, tariffs, and taxes.
IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN NOT RETURN?
We do not accept returns on intimate items and some accessories: pajamas, lingerie, bras, panties, stockings, bodysuits, leotards, bralettes, robes, socks, and jewelry.
All vintage intimates are cleaned before shipping. Please measure carefully.
We do not accept returns on intricate embroidered, one-of-a-kind designed items. Please follow the measurements carefully before ordering. One artist creates these one-of-a-kind pieces, which can take up to a year to make. These garments list every so often. Promotional Codes or Coupon Codes for custom-embroidered items are not accepted. All hand-designed embroidered garments are signed for at the delivery time.
Shoes are returnable in the same condition sent. Vintage shoes showing any wear different from our photographs and video are not returnable. It is best to try shoes on using a carpet or rug to prevent damage.
FINAL SALES ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
Final sales are not eligible for a return. Items in the sale section or sales noted in the listing description do not qualify for returns.
CAN I USE PROMO CODES AND COUPON CODES TOWARD FINAL SALES ITEMS?
Promotional Codes and Coupon Codes cannot apply to Final Sales items. Promo codes cannot be used with coupon codes. It is considered a Final Sale if you purchase with a promotional code or with a Coupon Code during a Promotion or sale. Sale items are not returnable.
