Who We Are
Welcome to HudsonFlowVintage! We are an online vintage store that curates and sells vintage clothing in Westchester County, New York, located along the beautiful Hudson River. Our clothing is found and selected through travels, vintage stores, family connections, estate sales, barn sales, attics, private showings, and old thrift shops in our path.
At HudsonFlowVintage, you'll find well-made clothing and accessories dating from the 1930s to the 1990s and many unique items. Also, we have decided to sell some well-made items shy of 20-years vintage only on our website. These items are listed as modern. We have sold Vintage British hacking jackets, Schott jackets, Cowboy boots, and articles by Calvin Klein, Paul Stuart, Laura Ashley, Coach, Kenneth Richard, Joo Kay, Stetson, Ann Taylor, Manolo Blahnik, Alexander McQueen, and more, including accessories. Most items are in near-mint or mint condition.
All clothing is organically dry-cleaned, specialty-cleaned, hand-laundered, or machine-washed in low-water, high-efficiency machines. We steam all clothing just before shipping. Our clothing is sent wrapped in blue and white tissue paper with ribbon and cards. Every item is protected from the elements.
Meet The Founder HudsonFlowVintage was founded in 2014, selling in private venues and online. The name HudsonFlowVintage started with a photo trip shooting lighthouses on the Hudson River. It was inspired by the way the river flowed and the love of New York State.
My minimalist style makes vintage pieces fit into the modern way we live today: clothing that changes from day to night with a purse and fabulous heels. Today we are busy and on the go. Clothes have to perform many roles. Vintage clothing, to me, is better made, can be handed down to another, and lasts a long time, saving us from new manufacturing and inferior craftsmanship, cutting down on the carbon and emissions footprint, and providing the chance of being a true original.
Beverly, founder, creator, and curator of HudsonFlowVintage is an upstate New York artist, photographer, stylist, and writer.
